Pricing the house is usually a nerve-wrecking experience, but not when professionally done with extensive knowledge of the local market. We felt confident in our decision at the time, and still feel that way now. Once the house was listed, Anna spent extensive time doing open house, talking to various potential buyers and addressing any questions that came up, all while we already moved out of state. We could rest easy knowing everything would be taken care of. Even the comments from potential buyers were that Anna knew the house better than we did :). Anna knows the market from both buying and selling agent point of view, communicated promptly and effectively with all parties and generally made a stressful time go much smoother. I would not hesitate to use Anna as either a listing or a buying agent again.
